Personal Property Specialist

Wendy began working with 3D, formerly Dillman & Dillman, LLC,  as a contractor over a decade ago before joining the team full-time in 2023. She now serves as a Personal Property Specialist alongside her husband, Chris.

In her role, Wendy performs on-site inventory work, producing comprehensive inventory lists and handling replacement cost pricing for the personal property portion of claims. Even when employing the best tools and technology, the quality of this work is solely based on the quality of the person performing it.  She brings a meticulous, detail-oriented approach honed through years of experience - both in insurance claims work and as co-owner of a residential construction company specializing in moveable tiny homes. Her background in managing a business and its finances translates directly into the precision and thoroughness she applies to every claim.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks, homeschooling her daughter, spending time with family, jigsaw puzzling, and drinking copious amounts of tea.
