This includes photo reports, digital 3D twin of the property, 3D drone mapping, and moisture/thermal readings when applicable.
An in-depth review of your policy and related documents to ensure applicable coverages are sought.
Our in-house estimating team writes estimates in industry preferred software for efficient claim handling, supplemented with bids and quotes when necessary to negotiate a fair settlement.
Our in-house personal property team coordinates the itemization of identifiable damaged items and works with you to recreate unidentifiable items lost. Collecting documentation and research is performed to price these items for submission.
If the claim involves indemnification for Loss of Use, Additional Living Expenses or Fair Rental Value, our office will document these expenditures and costs incurred. Our office will negotiate fair settlement amounts and/or coordinate with a housing vendor as applicable.
Policies are not commodities. If your policy provides additional property coverages, we will provide damage estimates for those coverages as well.
Our team coordinates attendance of onsite meetings and assists with the coordination of necessary vendors for your project. Initial walk-throughs to set claim reserves and expectations are one of the most important aspects of a claim, and our team leads this charge.
Following submission of our initial reports and review of the carrier’s corresponding reports, our office conducts comparisons of the differences, communicates them to you, and pursues the justifiable differences in the estimate to ensure you are receiving a fair settlement offer based on your available coverages in the policy. Ensuring our initial submissions are expertly crafted, based on facts, and fully supportable, adds the most value to your claim for the negotiation phase. Public Adjusters and Attorneys are the only licensed professionals able to negotiate the claim on your behalf.*
Our team is the communication hub and document center for your claim. We maintain a file, efficiently communicate updates, manage insurance proceeds, and provide guidance and consult to the ultimate decision maker, you.

This company was founded after a firefighter asked an important question while rolling up hoses at the scene of a catastrophic residential fire: “What happens to these people once we leave?” Just as you would hire an accountant to handle your taxes or an attorney after an accident, homeowners should not be expected to navigate the complexities of an insurance claim on their own. The process is technical and often overwhelming for families who are already dealing with significant loss. That fireman was founder, Steve Dillman, and we’re proud that several members of the 3D team joined us after experiencing their own catastrophic events.
