Mark has been a policyholder advocate since the mid‑2000s, growing up in a family of Public Adjusters. He began his career completing contents inventories for his father in middle school and obtained his Public Adjuster license after undergrad in 2015. Since then, he has handled a wide range of property claims, from minor water losses to total‑loss commercial fires.

 

To broaden his applicable expertise, Mark attended Boston University School of Law, graduating in the top 25% of his class. He gained experience with both a major insurance brokerage and a plaintiff-side property insurance firm. After law school, Mark served as Staff Attorney at United Policyholders before joining Merlin Law Group’s San Francisco office during the years following the historic California wildfires.

 

Mark has since returned home to New England to work alongside his father, brother, and the rest of the team in the family-owned public adjusting business. When he’s off the clock, he’s likely watching the Red Sox or re-watching Sox classics.
