Chris began working with 3D, formerly Dillman & Dillman, LLC,  as a contractor over a decade ago before joining the team full-time in February 2023. He now serves as Personal Property Manager alongside his wife, Wendy.

 

Chris brings a detail-oriented and efficient approach refined through years of hands-on experience. Chris also draws on his experience in software development; leveraging this technical knowledge, he has developed proprietary tools that expedite the personal property inventory process and improve the accuracy of replacement cost pricing, resulting in the high-quality claim documentation 3D is known for.  Beyond his expertise in handling personal property for insurance claims, he has an extensive background in residential construction, having owned a company specializing in moveable tiny homes.

 

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, serves as an EMT for a local ambulance service, volunteers as a firefighter, and explores rocket science through amateur high-powered rocketry.
