Cara Saade serves as the Admin & Claim Coordinator for 3D, providing critical support throughout the claims process while ensuring a seamless experience for clients from start to finish. With extensive experience in claims administration, insurance-related operations, legal services, and business management, Cara plays an essential role in coordinating claim activities, maintaining communication among stakeholders, and keeping files moving efficiently toward resolution.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Cara managed claims operations for multiple nationwide restoration franchises, where she oversaw all stages of the claims process across a multi-state territory. Her responsibilities included claim intake, scheduling, dispute resolution, scope coordination, quality control, invoicing, reporting, and ensuring timely completion of claims. She regularly worked with insurance carriers, insureds, public adjusters, independent adjusters, and restoration contractors, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the insurance claims environment.

 

Cara's background also includes several years in the legal field as a paralegal, where she handled document preparation, legal research, contracts, collections, commercial loans, and client support. Her legal training, combined with her attention to detail and organizational skills, helps ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the claim process.

 

Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service, Cara is dedicated to helping policyholders navigate the challenges of an insurance claim. Her ability to coordinate complex tasks, communicate effectively with clients and industry professionals, and maintain exceptional administrative oversight makes her a valuable member of the team.
